Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with soap as well as a king size bed, it worked well for me. Location: the hotel was adjacent to a local shop and the restaurant and the centre of town.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and we were truly impressed with our experience. The location, nestled in a quiet residential area outside of the city center, provided the perfect retreat from the bustling city. The staff, who were cheerful, friendly, and professional, made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The level of service they provided was top-notch, ensuring that every detail of our stay was taken care of.

Hotel Staff are nice and friendly, good food, and clean room.

We bought some dried fish from the market and were informed that we can't bring it upstairs, so we left it in a cabinet by the guard's place. On the day of our departure, we asked the guards for our goods, we wrapped it with newspaper, plastic bags and wide-clear adhesive tapes so that you will not smell anything. We asked the guard nicely if we could bring it upstairs so we could pack out stuff, and he (one guard) declined. I told him that we have nicely packed it so that you will not smell anything, I even asked him to smell it to prove my point. Then he told me: "No need to smell it,here it will not smell but there upstairs,when you open it, it will smell!" I don't want to speak bad, but would we wrap it nicely just to open it upstairs??? I have spoken with their Sales/Mktg. Manager as I am already high blood from my conversation with that funny (?) guard and I won. We were able to get the stuff upstairs and were able to pack our things nicely before we go to the airport.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, convenient location, good value for money, efficient room service, comfortable bed.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

asking for coffee refills, water, have to ask, seemed like alot in the room, i stay in hotels alot, and them are some hard beds...wow

The location of this hotel was a little "Out of the Way" in Cebu...Traffic made it hard to access...

I had a very comfortable stay at Alpa City Suites. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with new interiors. The air conditioning made my trip much more enjoyable. The staff was helpful and attentive, promptly assisting with any requests. The free breakfast buffet was better than most, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. They even offered free internet in the rooms and wifi in the lobby. Alpa City Suites provided great value for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff is very kind, room excellent. If you don't need extra facilities, it's OK, also because it's half way between city and airport. Good choice of cable TV channels in the room. Internet working well and free.

No swimming pool, no fitness room. The area outside is not very good and the hotel is quite isolated on a traffic road. You need to take a taxi for going everywhere.

Cleanliness of the hotel and location is just right in terms of mileage from main tourist attractions, hotel staff are courteous, helpful and very accomodating.

Pick up time at the airport upon arrival by the car service didn't happen bec. of wrong time interpretation of hotel lobby attendant, so we have to hire car service from the airport.
